Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite underwhelming. While there were a couple of bright spots, such as the large room and accessible pool area, many aspects fell short of expectations. The ongoing construction outside made arriving feel chaotic, and the service could have been much better, especially regarding cleanliness. Sadly, it lacks the charm and attention to detail that I hoped for from a prominent hotel.

My stay at The Galaxy Hotel in Macau was truly unforgettable, especially for my son's 21st birthday. The room was luxurious and offered breathtaking views, while the service was exceptional. I loved the dining options, especially the thoughtful birthday surprise for my son. However, I experienced some delays during checkout, which was a minor inconvenience.
